Initial Contact
There are 3 options to get started and schedule your screening appointment:

*A healthy participant or patient may be invited to screen for a specific study or come in for a general screening to be added to our contact list for future studies.
Your participation is voluntary, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Screening Visit
- Meet with the clinical staff and receive relevant documentation about the study: study calendar, participant guide, etc.
- Review and sign the Informed Consent Form (ICF) if you agree to participate in the trial should you be determined to be eligible.
- Discuss any questions or concerns with a healthcare professional.
- Undergo a medical examination and eligibility tests such as vital signs, an electrocardiogram, blood sample collection and a urine test.
Eligibility Review
Our medical team will review your results, and a dedicated team member will inform you about your eligibility.
Check-in
- Check-in at the designated date and time (if you meet the eligibility criteria and are enrolled as an on-study participant or standby).
- Remember to consult our participant packing list for a list of recommended and prohibited items.
During the Stay
- Receive the study medication.
- You will receive 24/7 research based medical care in a professional setting as we guide you through the entire process.
- Be provided with essentials for comfort (wifi, food, beverages, bedding, games and more).
- Cooperate in adhering to study requirements and clinic instructions.
- Receive compensation as described in your study documents.
After the Stay
After your stay, you may be asked to return to our clinics in Quebec City or Montreal for scheduled follow-up visits as part of your study participation. Additional visits may also be required once the study is completed. The visit expectations and time commitments vary by study and will be outlined in the informed consent form.
Note: Participation is always voluntary — you can withdraw at any time.
You are welcome to explore potential participation in future study opportunities if you enjoyed your experience. Please note that you must complete a waiting period before applying to another study.
At this time, only residents of Canada are eligible to participate.

- Must be a new volunteer with no prior record opened with Syneos Health
Reward
- $200 for you and $200 for your friend once all requirements are met.
Important Conditions
- Syneos Health may approve or deny compensation as it sees fit based on program rules.
- The Referral Program may end at any time without notice.
