Syneos Health helps develop new medicines by supporting clinical research around the world, including early-phase studies that evaluate investigational drugs. These investigational medications are not yet approved, and early studies help us begin understanding their safety, how they are tolerated, and how the body processes them. With more than 26,000 professionals across six continents, we are committed to improving health and bringing potential new treatment options to people everywhere.

Early Phase Services

At Syneos Health, our Early Phase team has over 30 years of experience running safe, high-quality clinical studies.

We operate advanced research units in Quebec City and Miami, staffed by more than 800 medical and scientific professionals dedicated to participant care.

Our facilities are designed to conduct complex studies while keeping your comfort and safety at the center of everything we do.
